Presently our leading case is admitted in Supreme Court for improper implementation of Voluntary Retirement Scheme which includes
1. Payment of pension on last drawn average salary
2. Revised Commutational benefit based on last drawn
average salary.
3. Reduced payment of Leave Encashment to all retirees.
4. Non-payment of proper Dearness Relief to Retirees.
5. Notional benefit of 5 years of Qualifying service.
